FAQs & Support

What's the difference between "inked" and "printed" items?

"Inked" items are made using "DTG," while "printed" items are made using "DTFx." DTG inks the garment directly, while DTFx is closer to (but is not the same as) screenprinting.

The merch store is powered by Fourthwall, and they desribe the two processes like this:

DTG: An on-demand (no minimums required) apparel printing technique that uses a water-based ink for soft prints that feel like part of the fabric for a vintage sort of feel. Because the ink is water based, DTG isn't great for printing neons or ultra-bright colors and the colors will fade slightly over time.

DTFx: An on-demand (no minimums required) apparel printing technique that produces bright, vibrant, long-lasting prints (similar to screen printing, but without minimums or color limitations). The downside to DTF is that the prints are not breathable, so avoid printing large solid graphics on thin t-shirts.An on-demand (no minimums required) apparel printing technique that produces bright, vibrant, long-lasting prints (similar to screen printing, but without minimums or color limitations). What makes "light" items different?

"Light" items, including armor and robes, are enchanted with the Float spell during the weaving process. This causes them to be lightweight, allowing for higher agility and dexterity as well as making the handmotions for spellcasting easier to perform, at the cost of armor "thickness."

This means, as you might expect, that the armor is lighter or softer than the typical shirt or hoodie than you might expect. The exact fabric thicknesses and weight, in their mundane (read: real-world) details, are availble on each item description by clicking on "more details."

Returns, Shipping Issues, etc.:

The merch store is powered by Fourthwall. I don't personally carry, ship, or process any transactions related to merchandise.

You'll want to use the links listed here or on the footer of each page for any questions related to returns, exchanges, cancellations, and the like. These links and their contents are all provided by Fourthwall, and any contact optiuons route through them.

Note that items are custom-made and made-to-order, so returns or exchanges because you ordered the wrong size (but got what you ordered) are not accepted. That's not my policy, that's Fourthwall policy.
